We take most orders over the telephone. Our order line and technical help desk number is 707-837-0127. All orders which are not prepaid are shipped UPS COD. All non-UPS orders are to be prepaid. Special Orders require a 50% deposit and are non-returnable. Deposits or payments should be made by Certified Check or Money Order. Company checks will delay shipment as all checks must clear the bank prior to shipment. All COD balances must be paid in certified funds only, unless prior arrangements have been made.

PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS — All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are Racer Net. We cannot guarantee that all items listed in the catalog will continue to be available.

CLAIMS — All claims for loss or damage in shipment must be referred to the carrier. Claims for shortage must be made within ten days of receipt of order.

ROUTING PREFERENCE — We reserve the right to route all shipments, unless shipping instructions are specified. We will ship your order the best way possible. UPS generally provides the best service to customers.

RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE.

WARRANTY — KOSMAN SPECIALTIES warrants to the original purchaser the racing components listed in this catalog as manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may thus prove defective under normal use and service within thirty (30) days from date of installation by the original purchaser and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of these components. This warranty shall not apply to KOSMAN SPECIALTIES' components or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not supplied by us. The term 'original purchaser" as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person to whom the Kosman Specialties components were originally delivered. This warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the continental United States.

ALL KOSMAN PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR RACE PURPOSES ONLY AND AS SUCH ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS OR HIGHWAYS.

SHIPMENT OF FRAMES FOR MODIFICATION - We suggest that you call us before shipping your frame to talk about what you need so we can schedule your job in the Fabrication area. Frames should be stripped of paint before shipping. We will charge an extra $70.00 to sandblast unstripped frames. The best way to ship a bare frame is to attach 2 x 4 skids to the bottom of the cradle and ship standard FedEx. Be sure to label the frame clearly. Ship all loose parts via UPS.

Any custom work takes time, so please allow at least three weeks in-house to complete your reconstruction.
