COUNTERSHAFT SUPPORT KITS:

In response to the need to offset the chainline and support the output shaft on both sides of the chain, we designed the countershaft support kit in the early 1970's, and we are still improving it. The current version features an upgraded design that attaches the support plate to the frame with no welding. If you are building a 'retro-rocket and fitting a larger than stock tire, this kit is a must! Includes sealed bearing, machined spud, shift shaft support, CNC machined plates/covers, aluminum standoffs, and all hardware. (Limited sprocket availability - order separately.)

Kawasaki Countershaft Support

KAWASAKI CLUTCH RELEASE KIT:

Replaces stock Kawasaki countershaft cover. Uses a spherical rod end to align clutch cable. To be used with stock steel or teflon worm gear (not included in kit).

SPORTSTER COUNTERSHAFT SUPPORT KIT:

If you are putting a bigger tire or wheel on your Evo Sportster this product makes your job easy. This kit utilizes a machined and heat-treated steel sprocket to offset the chainline. A sealed 52mm bearing is installed in the bore of the sprocket and is connected to the support plate through a machined aluminum flanged spud. The output shaft is thus supported outside the chainline. This reduces the load on the gearbox and improves handling by maintaining consistent chain tension.
